Legendary Carrier Terms

Version: 2026-1
Effective: June 12, 2026
Supersedes: None (initial version).
Prior versions: None.
1. Applicability
These terms apply when a Shipping Schedule or order document cites this page. They govern the relationship among Customer, Legendary, and the shipping carriers whose services are accessed through Legendary Shipping. The Legendary Shipping Terms also apply.
2. Supported Carriers
Legendary Shipping currently supports FedEx and UPS. Carrier support may be added or changed by Legendary; discontinued carrier support is announced with reasonable notice.
3. Customer Carrier Agreements
Customer maintains its own accounts and agreements with each carrier it uses through the application. The carrier's service guide, tariff, technology or automation agreement, and account agreement govern: rates, surcharges, and accessorial charges; service levels and delivery commitments; declared value and liability limits; claims procedures and deadlines; and acceptable use of carrier APIs, labels, and marks. Customer agrees to comply with the applicable carrier technology agreements (including the UPS Technology Agreement and FedEx automation terms) as a condition of using the application with that carrier.
4. Rates and Invoices
Rates displayed in the application are returned by the carrier at the time of the request and may not include all surcharges, adjustments, or post-shipment corrections. The carrier's invoice to Customer governs the amounts actually charged. Legendary is not responsible for differences between displayed and invoiced amounts.
5. Claims
Claims for loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery are filed by Customer directly with the carrier under the carrier's procedures and deadlines. Legendary will provide reasonable assistance with shipment records from the application.
6. Compliance
Customer is solely responsible for compliance with all laws and carrier rules applicable to its shipments, including hazardous materials regulations and required certifications and training, export and import controls, customs declarations, and prohibited and restricted items. Customer will not use the application to ship anything the carrier or applicable law prohibits.
7. Carrier Data
Shipment data necessary to obtain rates, generate labels, and track packages is transmitted to the applicable carrier through its APIs. The carrier's privacy policies and agreements govern the carrier's use of that data.
8. Role Clarification
Carriers, not Legendary, transport shipments. Legendary is a software provider, is not a carrier, freight broker, or freight forwarder, does not take possession of shipments, and assumes no liability for carrier performance.
