1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Legendary Supply Chain, Inc. ("Legendary," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the Legendary Supply Chain website at https://www.legendarysupplychain.com (the "Site"). It applies to information collected through the Site. It does not change the terms of any Legendary product or service agreement; those are governed by the applicable Legendary agreement and the terms published at https://www.legendarysupplychain.com/legal/master-terms. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Website Terms and Conditions.

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and users in the United States. They are not targeted to, or knowingly offered to, individuals in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

2. Information We Collect

(a) Information you provide. When you submit a contact, demo, or download request, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site, we collect the information you provide - typically your name, business email, company, job title, phone number, and the contents of your message or request.

(b) Payment information. If you pay an invoice online, you pay through a secure link on the invoice, and your payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. Card details are collected and handled by that processor; Legendary does not store full payment-card numbers on its own systems.

(c) Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies - such as your IP address, device and browser type, a cookie identifier for your browser, pages viewed, referring pages, links and buttons clicked, and other interactions with the Site. If you submit a form on the Site or click a link in one of our emails, we may connect that information with your past and future activity on the Site. See Section 4 (Cookies and Analytics).

(d) Email interactions. Our marketing emails use standard technologies, such as a small embedded image and tracked links, that tell us whether a message was opened and which links were clicked.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) respond to your inquiries and demo requests and communicate with you; (b) provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site; (c) process payments you initiate; (d) understand how the Site and our emails are used, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and improve our content and offerings; (e) send you information about our products and services where permitted, from which you may opt out; and (f) comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to enable functionality, remember your preferences, and measure and improve performance. The cookies the Site needs to work are always on. Analytics and advertising tools are off unless you turn them on, as described below. We use Salesforce analytics and customer data tools, part of the Salesforce platform that hosts the Site, to understand how visitors use the Site and respond to our marketing. These tools use first-party cookies to recognize your browser across visits and record the pages you view and the actions you take on the Site. We also use Google Analytics (a Google service) to understand Site traffic and usage; Google may set cookies and process usage data, including information about your activity over time and across other websites, as described in Google's privacy policy. We have turned off ads personalization for our Google Analytics data, in our Google Analytics settings and in the tag on the Site.

Some pages also embed content from Google, such as YouTube videos and Google Maps. When that content loads, Google may set its own cookies and collect information about your visit, as described in Google's privacy policy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out tools. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

Your choices on the Site. We group these tools into two categories. Analytics tools help us understand how the Site is used and who is interested in our products. Advertising tools would let us show ads to people who have visited the Site. Both are off unless you turn them on. When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics tools, and they stay off unless you choose "Accept". We do not use advertising tools on the Site today; if we add them, they will run only for visitors who turn them on. You can change your choices at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page. Your choices are saved in your browser, so they apply to that browser and device. These choices do not control content embedded from Google, such as YouTube videos and Google Maps, which Google manages under its own settings.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out and keep analytics and advertising tools off for that browser. The Site does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows: (a) Service providers who process information on our behalf - including Salesforce (which hosts the Site, stores submissions, provides our Site analytics, and sends our marketing email), Google (analytics), and our payment processor (payment processing) - under obligations to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us; (b) Legal and protection - when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Legendary, our users, or others; and (c) Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Payment Processing

Online invoice payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, which is responsible for the security and handling of payment-card data in accordance with its own terms and applicable card-industry standards. We receive confirmation and limited transaction details necessary to record and service the payment, but we do not store full payment-card numbers.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy - including responding to your inquiries, providing and improving the Site, and meeting our legal, accounting, and contractual obligations - after which we delete or de-identify it.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us. You can change your choices about analytics and advertising tools at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page, and you can control cookies through your browser and opt out of Google Analytics as described in Section 4. Depending on where you live, and to the extent a privacy law such as the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to learn how it is used and shared. 9. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including the platform-level protections provided by Salesforce and our payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date and apply to information collected after that date. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. Please review this Policy periodically.

13. Governing Law

This Policy, and any dispute arising out of or relating to it or to your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. The state courts located in Sumner County, Tennessee and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville Division, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this Policy, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
