Legendary’s products and services are governed by the applicable Legendary agreement and the terms published at legendarysupplychain.com/legal-master-terms/ and the related schedule terms — not by these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, Legendary Supply Chain and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Site, and all such rights are reserved. 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. The state and federal courts located in Sumner County, Tennessee have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Each party waives any right to a jury trial in connection with any such action.
