Version: 2026-1
Effective: June 12, 2026
Supersedes: Prior published Legendary Service Terms. Orders citing a prior version continue on that version until renewal.
Prior versions: available at /legal-service-terms
1. Applicability
These Consulting Services Terms apply to consulting, implementation, development, training, and managed services ordered under a Services Schedule or order document that cites this page. The Legendary Master Terms also apply.
2. Service Pools
Services are sold as pools of hours at the rates stated on the Services Schedule. Pool hours are drawn down as work is performed, in quarter-hour increments, by Legendary personnel and by Legendary-approved subcontractors and partners working under the Schedule.
3. Reporting
Legendary reports hours worked against each pool monthly. Customer may request the current pool balance at any time.
4. Expiration
Unless the Services Schedule states otherwise, pool hours expire 12 months from the Schedule effective date. Expired hours are not refundable and are not eligible for credits toward future fees. All sales of service hours are final.
5. Scheduling
Scheduled working sessions, training, and on-site visits canceled by Customer with less than one full business day's notice may be charged against the pool for the time reserved. Travel for on-site work follows the travel and expense terms in the Master Terms.
6. Changes
Additional hours, rate changes, and new service types are documented by executing a new version of the Services Schedule. Work outside the description on the Schedule requires a new version before the work begins.
7. Work Product
Configurations, customizations, and documentation delivered into Customer's environment under a Services Schedule are Customer's to use as part of its use of the application. Legendary retains all rights in the Legendary Supply Chain application, its pre-existing materials, and its methods, know-how, and tools, including improvements developed in the course of performing services.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customer will provide timely access to environments, data, personnel, and decisions needed to perform the services, as described in the Master Terms. Delays caused by Customer do not extend pool expiration.
